We accept most major credit cards and would be glad to reserve these dates for you. 

                                   

Reservation/Cancellation Policy

Registration
We give KOA Value Kard discounts except on monthly rates (which are already discounted). This discount can only be applied at the time of registration. Please do not ask for discounts after you have registered.  All rates for stays six months or less are subject to 10% tax. If you need to cancel your guaranteed reservation, you should notify Fort Summit KOA Campground before the following time restrictions.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your guaranteed reservation, please notify Fort Summit KOA Campground before the following time restrictions.

Tent & RV sites: 24 hours or more preceding 4 p.m. the day of arrival.

Cabin/Kamping Kabin: 72 hours or more preceding 4 p.m. the day of arrival.

There will be no refund for daily or weekly rate plans.  Stays beyond the 12PM checkout time without prior approval are charged as an extra night’s stay.  Management reserves the right to change rates without notice and withhold advertised specials without notice unless your reservation is booked reflecting such rate or special.
